Using the HCD methods, it is possible to analyze the key variables that influence the acceptance of robots in order to define an appropriate design brief, to increase the chances that the robotic technology will meet the needs of the people it is intended for, and thus the chances that it will be accepted. Below are summaries of the architecture of each HRI evaluation method and the variables that can be analyzed in the preliminary research phase through HCD methods.
